Fall Teams

The HitStreak fall program is a great option for players to develop their skills in the off season. The fall season is almost as long as the summer season, so players get a large amount of training at a fraction of the cost compared to most summer programs! In a typical fall, a player will get 8 training sessions per month (4 offensive-focused, 4 defensive-focused) in addition to their games. Players can come from any program and any team. We conduct tryouts in June or early July to identify players of similar ability who can be placed on the appropriate teams in different age divisions. The number of teams (and the age divisions) are based on demand.

The Philosophy

Fall baseball is less “intense” than spring and summer. It is the perfect opportunity for players to get opportunities in positions where they lack experience, and to try things in a game setting they are uncomfortable with to build skill and confidence. This program will focus on the development of the individual player, as well as learning how to compete and to have fun. HitStreak instructors will lead the practices and will develop the skill sets of the players to send them back to their Spring teams better than when they left.

HitStreak teams are able to benefit from using the HitStreak facilities, technology and staff to strengthen skills throughout the fall season and refine their games!

Coaches

Teams are coached by high school coaches and/or HitStreak instructors. Details of the coaches will be given prior to offer to participate.

Program Description

• Teams will be typically formed at the 10U, 11U, 12U, 13/14U age divisions as well as high school.

• Each team will have a maximum of 12 players

• Weekly indoor and outdoor practices (one hour each practice)

• 8 game season plus season ending tournament - normally 10-11 games total in the Highlands Ranch Fall League

• Practices start the first week of August

• Games start mid-August and are on Sundays only.

• HitStreak Hat & Shirt provided 

• Cost is $699/player

TRYOUTS

• June 27th at 6:30 pm at Rock Canyon HS

• Tryouts are open to 8-14 yr olds

*PLEASE read the following directions to help assist you in the sign-up process:

1) Log in to Esoft Planner (Scheduling software.)

2) On the homepage right above the schedule, there are three buttons- “Rent a Location”,” Schedule Appointment” or “Sign up for Camp/Class.” Select the “Sign up for Camp/Class” option.

3) Click “Youth Fall Baseball” at the top, or you can click the plus sign at the top of the menu to expand it, and select the class you would like to join.

4) Click the “Sign-Up” button on the right side of the screen, and continue through to the checkout process.

Please note that the date for calculating a player’s age group is as of May 1st of the following spring. For example your player cannot turn 13 (for 12U) or 15 (for 13/14U) before May 1st, 2024 to be eligible for the fall season.
