Coach Beach Bio:

I’ve been coaching baseball for over a decade, driven by a lifelong love of the game that began in my childhood and carried me through junior year of high school as a player. Growing up in Montana’s Flathead Valley, I learned to compete on dusty fields and to respect the grit the game demands — lessons that were reinforced by visits from Steve Howe, whose presence and perspective left a lasting mark on how I approach pitching, preparation, and professionalism.

As a coach, I take pride in teaching baseball from a foundation of what I learned playing, blended with new tactics and evolving styles. I believe the difference between good and great players isn’t just skill — it’s attitude and effort. I push fundamentals, encourage deliberate growth, and demand hustle, while tailoring instruction so each player can find their strengths and raise their game.

Outside the diamond I have 2 boys 14 & 9 with whom play the game among other sports and a wife that supports and helps a ton — the mountains and lakes of northwest Montana shaped my work ethic and patience. I bring that same respect for nature’s rhythms to coaching: steady, persistent, and rooted in the belief that hard work and the right mindset create champions on and off the field.
